Naturobest Lactation Support

Naturobest's Lactation Support capsules are a combination of 4 herbs to support breastmilk supply and support the nervous system in breastfeeding mothers.

The herbs in this formula are used in traditional Western herbal medicine to: 

• Improve breast milk production
• Support breastfeeding
• Supports the nervous system in breastfeeding mothers

Ingredients: 

Galega officinalis (Goat's Rue)
Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek)
Urtica dioica (Nettle leaf)
Verbena officinalis (Vervain)

Why?

Goat's Rue: A powerful galactagogue stimulating both the production and flow of breastmilk. It can increase milk output by up to 50% in some cases (Hoffmann, The New Holistic Herbal)

Fenugreek: The seeds have been used for centuries to increase milk supply.

Nettle: A highly nutritious herb, also with galactagogue properties. Rich in iron, calcium, vitamins C and, K, it helps nourish and rebuild after birth.

Vervain: A herb traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to both increase milk supply while nourishing the nervous system. Reducing stress can greatly assist when it comes to a successful breastfeeding journey.

Take one capsule twice daily.
